1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during peak periods may experience slight delays, and customers will be notified via the registered email address.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after order processing.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
5. Shipment Tracking & Delay Resolution
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email for monitoring delivery status.
If your delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days due to shipment loss, stock issues, or carrier problems, please contact our customer service at meringolopetrucelliad159@gmail.com for a refund or reshipment at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Liability
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or inaccurate shipping information provided by customers. Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
