Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items should be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear. Please note that clearance items and personalized or customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/item) due to an error from our warehouse, we will cover all return shipping fees. After submitting your return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

If you return an item due to personal preference, incorrect sizing, or changed mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, a fixed return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged & Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipment, please provide photos of the damaged outer box and goods within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer either a free reshipment or a full refund without requiring the return of the damaged items.

6. Return Operation Steps

Wait for approval and receive a return shipping label if applicable.
Ship the package back and provide the tracking number on our website if requested.
Wait for our warehouse to inspect the returned items and process your refund.
